A community-based organization in New York City dedicated to improving the health and self-sufficiency of the African community.
Nature of collaboration:
- partnership in the CDC-funded project "African Community HIV/AIDS, STD, and TB Prevention Campaign" consisting in conducting workshops among the New York City African Community.
- counseling and referral of clients seeking services including HIV, STD, and TB testing, English as Second Language class, housing, food supplementation, and medical interpretation and legal services.
